Palema’s facilities have served as a restaurant uninterrupted since 1933. In February 2016, Palema was taken over by Jari Lönnberg and Reima Mäenpää from Döner Harju and Harjun makkaratehdas. The restaurant manager is Kaisa Merz and the chef is the old master Markus Talikainen. Palema serves excellent lunch on weekdays from 11 am to 2 pm and also hosts private events.
